Machine Forth Compiler for the RISC-V Architecture -
Samuel A. Falvo II "What have I been working on? Another Machine
Forth compiler, this time for the RISC-V architecture. It's written in C, but
out of necessity: I need a compiler that works both on my Linux box and my
MacBook Pro, and since I've been unsuccessful in getting any Forth environment
running under MacOS Yosemite (thank you Apple for once again finding a way to
make my life a living misery in the most interesting of ways). The C code works
well on both platforms. It's not finished (it doesn't yet generate any output
binaries) and is incomplete (it can't yet add two numbers, but it might by the
time the SVFIG meeting rolls around; we'll see), but the skeleton of the
environment seems to be up and running, and is easily extended."
